SECTION 3 - SERVICES AND PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS

BTOB SUPPLY CO., LIMITED provides technology and business services that may include, without limitation, telecommunications and business communication solutions, software and system implementation, ERP and CRM consulting, website and software development, AI automation, IT consulting, technical support, digital content production, design and technology procurement.

For customized projects, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing and responsibilities may be defined in a quotation, order, statement of work, invoice, project agreement or other written confirmation agreed with the customer.

Any work or requirement outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a revised quotation or agreement.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the website or provided in quotations are subject to change before an order or project is confirmed.

For customized services, the final price is determined according to the customer's requirements, project scope, complexity, resources and estimated delivery time.

Payment terms may vary depending on the nature and value of the project. Where applicable, work may commence after receipt of the required payment or deposit.

For third-party products, software licenses and procurement services, pricing may depend on supplier pricing, licensing terms, quantity, availability, shipping and other applicable costs.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY AND PROJECT COMPLETION

Delivery times depend on the type and complexity of the service, the agreed scope, customer requirements, availability of information and materials, third-party dependencies and other project conditions.

For customized projects, the expected delivery schedule will normally be communicated to the customer before or at the beginning of the project.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, access, content, credentials and other materials reasonably required to complete the project.

Delays caused by the customer, third-party providers, software vendors, suppliers, technical dependencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND PROJECT TERMINATION

Refund requests are considered according to the nature of the product or service, the stage of the project and the work already completed.

For customized services and projects, if a customer requests cancellation after work has started, any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed, resources committed, expenses incurred and deliverables already provided.

Where appropriate, the refundable amount will be determined by deducting the value of work already completed and non-recoverable costs from amounts paid by the customer.

Digital products, customized digital deliverables and services that have already been fully delivered may not be eligible for a full refund.

Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, products or services may be subject to the refund and cancellation conditions of the relevant vendor or supplier. Where a third-party license or product cannot be refunded by the supplier, the corresponding amount may not be refundable.

Customers requesting a refund should contact us at contact@btobskills.com and provide the relevant order or project information.

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Certain products and services available through the website may involve third-party software, platforms, licenses, products or services.

Third-party software remains the property of its respective owner or licensor. Purchasing an implementation, configuration or support service from BTOB SUPPLY CO., LIMITED does not transfer ownership of third-party software to the customer.

Customers using third-party software are responsible for complying with the applicable license terms, usage restrictions and policies of the relevant software provider.

This may include, where applicable, third-party platforms and software such as 3CX, Microsoft Teams, Odoo and other technology products or services.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer retains ownership of materials, information, content, trademarks, logos, documents, data and other intellectual property supplied by the customer for the purpose of a project.

Upon full payment of the applicable project fees, the customer will own the final deliverables specifically created and delivered for the customer as part of the agreed project scope, unless otherwise stated in the relevant quotation or project agreement.

Final deliverables may include, depending on the project, completed designs, documents, websites, configured systems, software components, digital content or other materials expressly identified as deliverables.

Ownership of third-party materials, software, libraries, platforms, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs or other third-party components remains with their respective owners and is subject to their applicable licenses and terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BTOB SUPPLY CO., LIMITED retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal tools, templates, methodologies, know-how, reusable components, frameworks, libraries and other intellectual property developed independently of the customer's project.

Where a project incorporates such pre-existing materials into a final deliverable, the customer receives the rights necessary to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose, subject to any applicable third-party or pre-existing intellectual property rights.

Source files, editable files, development files or other working materials are provided only where they are included in the agreed project deliverables or otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOMER MATERIALS

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any content, documents, images, trademarks, software, data or other materials provided to us may legally be used for the relevant project.

The customer grants BTOB SUPPLY CO., LIMITED the necessary permission to use customer-provided materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed Services.

SECTION 10 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting appropriate sources.
